For digital products, such as eBooks, digital manuscripts, and downloadable files, we offer a 7-day refund window starting from the date of purchase. A refund can only be requested if:

  • The digital product has not been accessed or downloaded.

If the product has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, no refund will be issued.

We recommend reviewing all digital products thoroughly before purchasing to ensure satisfaction with your selection.

Consulting Services

Our consulting services include one-on-one consultations, project management assistance, strategy development, and more. If a consulting service has been booked but not yet delivered, clients may request a full refund within 7 days of booking. If the service has already begun, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of service already provided. Once the consulting service has been fully delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Consulting Services that have been fully completed or where work has already begun.
  • Physical Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, or used.
  • If the client changes their mind or alters the scope of the project after work has already commenced.
  • Requests for digital or consulting services are made after the 7-day refund window has passed.

Please note that Casper Publications reserves the right to refuse refunds in such situations.

Payment Processing for Refunds

Once a refund is approved, the processing of the refund will be initiated within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

If payment was made via a bank transfer or PayPal, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.

In the case of partial refunds for consulting services, the refunded amount will reflect the unused portion of the service.
